MacDougald from the University of Michigan Medical School giving the Distinguished Lecture. Yufen, Yumei, and Mostafa presented their research on muscle stem cell biology, epigenetic regulation of liver metabolism, and exosome-mediated inter-tissue communication. Really enjoyed the fresh oyster!

The Yue Lab attended the Advances in Skeletal Muscle Biology in Health and Disease Conference hosted at the University of Florida. The meeting featured many outstanding speakers and inspiring presentations for our students and postdoctoral researchers.

Dr. Yue co-chaired the “Muscle Diseases and Therapeutics” session with Dr. Lee Sweeney. Our Ph.D. student Yufen also presented a poster on the function of a newly identified long noncoding RNA in myogenesis.
