Opportunity – 2026/2027

The Yue Lab is seeking highly motivated Ph.D. students and postdoctoral fellows to join the University of Florida. We are recruiting in the following research areas:

Cell Biology: Fundamental mechanisms regulating organelle architecture, interorganelle communication, and cellular metabolism in health and disease.

Bioinformatics: Integration and analysis of multiomics datasets, including single-cell and single-nucleus RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CUT&RUN, CUT&Tag, ChIP-seq, proteomics, and metabolomics.

Physiology: Mechanisms of aging, age-related tissue dysfunction, and metabolic disease.

Ph.D. student position can be applied through the Animal Molecular and Cellular Biology Graduate Program, Nutritional Sciences Graduate Program, Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program, Genetic and Genomics Graduate Program or The University of Florida Genetics Training Program.
